The History
The concept of Sablés Gourmets extends all the way back to the 90s when Luna Murr started crafting sablés for her kids' birthdays and mastered the process. She took culinary and chocolate courses in France and went back to open the first store in 1999 in Achrafieh, Beirut – Lebanon (photo). Now the two brothers took over and we are present in all 3 ABC malls and expanding to the world.
