We advise to store our products at 18 degrees and 50% humidity which means in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. If you keep them in the refrigerator (preferably the bottom) let them come to room temperature before opening. It is always best to store chocolates where they will be at a steady temperature. 

Make sure they are kept in their original packaging.

We recommend 3 months of shelf life for our products as long as they are stored in the right temperature and away from direct sunlight. Please note that we do NOT us any preservatives.

Some of our products cannot be delivered because they are too fragile. Such products will be labelled ‘Exclusively available in store’.

They are kept in our customer database in order to offer you access to exclusive offers and special discount only available to members.

Delivery times are estimated at between 24 and 72 hours for Middle-East and Europe. We use specially designed packaging to guarantee that the temperature of our creations remains at between 8 and 18°C for 72 hours, ensuring our chocolates and macarons retain all their olfactory and aesthetic qualities, not to mention their taste.
