Delivery time to local/ International.
Once the order is processed and ready to ship it will be sent via DHL 2-day express for Middle-East and European countries and a maximum of 4 working days for the rest of the world.
Country of delivery
We provide express delivery internationally except the countries with restrictions to chocolate import or the ones where our couriers don´t deliver to. SablesGourmets.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Lebanon.
Tracking your parcel & Packaging
Once you place the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number directly from the courier service.
Once the order leaves our warehouse it is the sole responsibility of the shipping company.
Once an order is submitted, we cannot change the shipping address, quantity or product.
Once an order is delivered to you and received as per the original request, there is no exchange or refund possible unless we confirm:
- The wrong product was sent by the merchant or the product is defective.
- The product was damaged in shipping.
- The product is tampered.
Problems with the delivery
Please keep the proof of delivery receipt signed/confirmed by the registered customer. We want your Sablés Gourmets experience to be enjoyed!
If you´re dissatisfied with our product please reach out to our customer service so we can find you a solution and make things right. They are available anytime from Monday to Friday.
You will receive an email to acknowledge and confirm your order; it will include the products, the amount payed and the currency.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Your order might not be accepted if:
- We do not have the products in stock
- Your payment is not authorized
- There is an error on our website regarding the price or other details of the products
